Services include but are not limited to; Linking individuals who are newly diagnosed with HIV to medical care and treatment. Referring individuals who are newly diagnosed with HIV/STI to partner services and providing services in a culturally specific and competent manner to implement appropriate health education and effective risk reduction behaviors such as making referrals to biomedical services (e.g. PrEP, nPEP) and encouraging individuals to participate in other effective behavioral programming.
